Mam A Fi, Mum and Me

Mam A Fi, Mum and Me Hypnobirthing, Antenatal & Postnatal Support - helping parents prepare for new arrivals, and supporting Mum to achieve the best possible birth for her.

Breast milk & Memorial Keepsake Jewellery - a treasured way to remember a special time or loved one. Mam a Fi, Mum and Me supports parents through pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal issues. We do this by providing warm and welcoming antenatal workshops, hypnobirthing courses and by offering doula services. Sessions aim to help parents become well informed, calm, and feel empowered to achieve the

birth that they want to. Every Mum has the right to choose and experience how wonderful and positive birth can be. Private sessions and group workshops are held in Studio Bump, Llandudno. Sessions from the comfort of your own home can also be arranged. For further info, please don't hesitate to get in touch or check out our website -

On our page, this Wednesday at 10.30am we’re doing a Facebook Live focused on dads/ non-breastfeeding partners! 💚

Please come and learn about how you can support a new baby breastfeeding. What are the things that will make you a great partner during breastfeeding?

You might have time home alone while your partner and baby stay in hospital. What can you do to support with information and knowledge?

To the mothers of right now✨

I hope you can see it -

how incredibly strong you're being.

What you are being called to do,
to mother alone,

goes against what you truly need.

And yet,
still you stand.

To the mothers of right now,

I hope you see yourself in a whole new light -

How you bent, and you swayed,
in an unrelenting storm,

and yet,
you did not break.

To the mothers of right now,

I hope that you can see yourself as you truly are -

a warrior.

You are doing something
that no one has ever done before.

This is new,
this is hard.

And yet,
you continue.

To the mothers of right now,

I hope you never forget -

the times you gave yourself grace, and patience, and kindness,

how it served you, held you, carried you through,

and that you can give yourself permission for these virtues to be present in your mothering, always.

To the mothers of right now,

I hope you never doubt yourself again -

not today, not tomorrow, not ever.

because what you are doing is uncharted, unguided, unrelenting,

and yet,
you're doing it beautifully.

The mothers of right now,

you are as strong as a they come -

And I just pray you can always see yourself that way.💜

Close contact and early, exclusive breastfeeding helps a baby to thrive.

A woman with COVID-19 should be supported to
• breastfeed safely
• hold her newborn skin-to-skin
• share a room with her baby

Mae'r grŵp yn newid ei enw!

Ond peidiwch â phoeni, mae popeth arall yn aros yr un peth 💕

Oherwydd y newidiadau diweddar i strwythur The Positive Birth Movement, rydym wedi gwneud y penderfyniad i redeg y grŵp hwn yn annibynnol - ac felly gyda hynny daw enw newydd sy'n ymgorffori'r hyn yr ydym am i'r grŵp ei gynnig i chi!

Byddwn yn dal i gwrdd yn rheolaidd yn union fel yr ydym wedi bod yn ei wneud, ac yn cynnig yr un gefnogaeth wych i deuluoedd ledled Gogledd Cymru. Mae lleoli'r grŵp yn golygu y byddwn yn gallu darparu hyd yn oed mwy o wybodaeth i chi am wasanaethau a chymorth arbenigol yn ein hardal.
The group is changing its name!

But don't worry, everything else is staying the same!

Due to the recent changes to the structure of The Positive Birth Movement organisation, we have taken the decision to run this group independently - and so with that comes a new name that embodies what we want the group to offer you!

We will still be meeting regularly just as we have been doing, and offering the same great support to families throughout North Wales. Localising the group means we will be able to provide you with even more information on services and specialised support in our area.

So keep an eye out for the name change & as always we thank you all for your continued support. 💕
