Once a full consultation has been completed we will move forward with a unique treatment specifically for your body and the outcome which you are working towards. Treatments use a blend of remedial and sports massage, muscle activation, soft tissue therapy, kinesiotaping, rehabilitation and strengthening work to get the right results for you. Hopefully today you can find a little time to kick off your shoes and reconnect with mother earth. As we heading towards spring but not quite feeling the warmer mornings yet, its easy to hide inside and hibernate for a few more weeks but don't forget to step back outside and feel nature, even just for a little while!

Tuesdays at 10.30am
