‼️ Unfortunately I’ve been in and out of hospital over the last few weeks for tests and treatment.

I will be back running group from next month and cannot wait to see you all!

I will update the date shortly as I’m due to have surgery next month so I will work it around this. ‼️

CANCELLED!!!!

I’m so sorry but due to myself and my dad both having temparutes and flu symptoms. Tomorrow night will unfortunately not be going ahead. This will be rearranged for next week. I was so looking forward to seeing you all.

Please note that this evening at the Rugby Union Club from 7pm until late there is Joshua's Light Foundation support group.
