Our thorough, holistic assessment includes the following areas:



🌸 Pelvic Floor Function

We assess the strength, coordination, and tone of your pelvic floor muscles—key to controlling bladder and bowel function, supporting your organs, and maintaining core stability.



💧 Bladder Health

We explore any symptoms such as urgency, frequency, leaking, or sensations of incomplete emptying, and identify patterns that may be contributing to urinary dysfunction.



💩 Bowel Function

We sensitively discuss issues such as constipation, incomplete evacuation, bowel leakage, or difficulty controlling wind. Bowel health is often overlooked but has a huge impact on daily wellbeing.



🚿 Leakage (Bladder and Bowel)

Stress incontinence, urge incontinence, or accidental leakage of stool or gas can all be signs of underlying pelvic floor issues. We help identify causes and guide you towards effective treatment.



🌺 Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain

- Stay hydrated, but skip the bladder irritants like fizzy drinks, caffeine, and citrus juices if leaking is an issue

- Choose supportive swimwear or leggings that give you gentle lift without constriction

- Lift with care — exhale as you lift your toddler or picnic basket to protect your core

- Plan active days with rest breaks (and sit when you can!) to avoid heaviness or dragging

- Do a daily 3-minute pelvic floor check-in — gentle breathing, a few squeezes, and release
