OptiFix was set up back in 2016 and is still going strong, providing injury management, sports massage and personal training for people of all backgrounds not just from the sporting sector! Before Optifix my background has always been sport from a young age, including athletics, rugby leag
ue & union and swimming. Competeing to the highest level with Great Britain within athletics and the Biathle! This giving me a broad base knowledge of sports training, management and injury prevention. This set me on my path to study Sports Rehabilitation at university. I graduated from the University of Hull in 2016 after studying for 3 years and spending time on placement gaining over 500 hours of clinical practice across several professional sporting clubs. Since graduating I've taken up the roles of Sports Rehabilitator at amateur side Beverley ARLFC and Sport Rehabilitator at Super League side Hull FC alongside running Optifix! All the above has helped me expand my knowledge and improve Optifix over the years, with an ever growing client base! i hope to continue that growth in the future and hope that i can help some of you or your friends in the future if ever needed! so thankyou for taking the time to visit my page!
