✨ Intentional Living ✨

“Living your best life” often doesn’t just fall into place from nothing (although I’m always open to miracles from the Universe 🙏🏻) it requires clarity, conscious creation, planning and actions.

Since COVID times (when the pain of my struggles became more than the convenience of staying with what I knew) I have become more self-aware, conscious and intentional with my life- our life.

Although I am a believer in seasonal living and that Spring is when we really start to take actions, I love the reflective and planting seed energy of Winter ❄️

I complete my own personal Vision Board process every year and it’s truly helped me move closer into my aligned life.

Working on myself is one thing but one of my wishes was to start bringing some tools into our family life. With help from , within the New Year period, I sat my boys and husband down for a “Goal Setting Party”.

Did it run smoothly? Did it heck haha but it’s new and that’s okay, they haven’t see the benefit of it yet, as I have.

We talked about what we enjoyed and are grateful for and how we felt in 2025 and also looked forward to what we want to bring into our life in 2026, individually and collectively.

Here’s to next years reflection and planning being even more meaningful to them.

As we approach the new year, please remember that you are perfectly you!

New Year’s resolutions can be a positive step but let’s 1st ensure that they are aligned with what we actually want. Not what we feel we should be doing.

New habits take time and effort to instil into our routine and nervous system.

My Reset & Rise Vision Board Workshop is a gentle day to reflect and gain clarity on what we actually desire to move forwards towards, for our greater good.

Leaving with a physical vision board, a visual reminder for what our desires are, helps our subconscious to align daily with what we want. This helps habits to stick and brings us closer to actioning the little steps that we need to get us there.

Come join us for an afternoon of stillness, and reflection.

90-minutes to step away from the mental noise, and re-ground.

Welcome to The Sacred Pause, event at Karinya Yoga in Beverley!

The Sacred Pause is an invitation to step away from the external demands of life and the constant activity of the mind, and gently come back home to yourself.

In a world that rewards productivity, speed, and mental effort, over time, this becomes our “normal” - and manifests as mental health issues, such as anxiety, low mood, fatigue, etc

This 90-minute session is not about fixing yourself or trying to relax harder. It’s about creating the conditions where your system can naturally begin to regulate again. You don’t need fixing, just realigning.

You’ll be guided through grounding practices and offered Reiki. We have designed this space to support nervous system balance, invite safety into the body, and encourage a return to homeostasis. The pace is slow, intentional, and supportive, allowing space for awareness, rest, and reconnection.

A snippet into my life…..

Today was lush 🤍

✨ I’m on annual leave from my NHS job, full of cold (isn’t that usually the case 😷), so I took it slow today. However, I did forget to capture the school runs, cleaning, dog walk, meal times etc. but you get the drift of what some days can be like for me 🤍

How grateful I am for this life I/we (team effort in lots of parts) created. 🙏🏻

Forever grateful for discovering Life Coaching and the law of attraction, so I can be an active participant in my own life 💪🏻🙌🏻🥰

Christmas

Today I am feeling so grateful and blessed. 🙏🏻

This time last year everything in my business felt so new, far away and sometimes unachievable. However, trust, faith and growth have got me to today.

I am so grateful to all of those who support me on this journey (human and otherwise) and I am also very grateful to me 😁 yes me! For continuing to show up, feel the fear but do things anyway (as I have most of my life haha) because it is with every tiny step that I have made, despite it all feeling VERY uncomfortable and out my reach at times, that I am stepping more and more into my dreams and desires, to serve women (and children) and remind them who the heck they are 💪🏻🙌🏻
