Our once a month salty gong bath is almost upon us! 🤗

But what is it and how does it work?

The sound therapy works in 2 ways.

As your ears hear the sound vibrations, your brain responds accordingly.

Soothing sounds made in a Gong Bath encourage the brain to relax into Alpha and Theta brainwaves. 🫠

In this calm state, your brain and body are able to experience healing, creativity, improved focus and memory, plus a reduction in stress and anxiety.

Couple this with the cleansing, natural medicinal properties of the salt therapy and you are in for an hour of complete relaxation and restoration. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Not done like this anywhere else in the UK, we are very proud to bring you our salty gong baths, based right here in Beverley.

Our lovely group enjoyed a gentle Pilates class inside the salt room, combining movement, breathing and relaxation in a calm and supportive environment.

Salty Pilates is perfect if you want to:
🧘 Improve flexibility and core strength
💨 Support your breathing and lung health
😌 Take some time to relax and recharge

It’s suitable for all abilities, and the small group setting means everyone can move at their own pace.

Looking for a gentle but effective way to strengthen your body and support your wellbeing? Our Salty Pilates class is back this Friday in the salt room!

Pilates focuses on slow, controlled movements that help to:
✔ Strengthen your core and back muscles
✔ Improve posture and balance
✔ Increase flexibility and mobility
✔ Support joint health
✔ Leave you feeling calm, relaxed and re-energised

And when you combine Pilates with the benefits of salt therapy, you’re also supporting your breathing and respiratory health while you exercise. It’s a wonderfully gentle class that’s suitable for all abilities.

Spaces are limited in the salt room, so make sure you book your spot in advance.

Most of you should be aware by now, but Salt Revive will be closed from Saturday to Wednesday while we head off for some family time. 🤍
