Most of you should be aware by now, but Salt Revive will be closed from Saturday to Wednesday while we head off for some family time. 🤍

Happy new year… it’s been a little while! 👋

Winter is always our busiest season for supporting lungs, skin and overall wellbeing — and sometimes that means social media goes a bit quieter whilst we focus on our clients.

We’re still here 🤍 continuing to help adults and children with asthma, breathlessness, sinus issues, frequent chest infections, skin conditions and stress, using natural salt therapy in a calm, relaxing space.

January is the perfect time to focus on your health and wellbeing and setting positive habits now can make 2026 your healthiest year yet.

We’ve got lots planned over the coming months and we’re looking forward to sharing more with you again.
