I love my work. I am supporting a client by walking these lovely cherrubs each morning. It's great for me and the dogs to have some fresh air and exercise everyday. Supporting people in the community in many different ways.

They are essential and protect individuals from neglect, and physical, sexual, emotional or financial abuse. With the knowledge you gain from these comprehensive courses, you can protect those in your care, yourself and your organisation by following the guidelines and procedures.

Have you had a bad experience within the NHS? Whether that be a personal one or whether you know someone who has been let down by our health service. Pals is a service that takes all complaints seriously. I have found their communication and investigations to be be very efficient and effective in reaching a desired outcome.

I recently complained about T Side rehabilitation center in worcester when a client went there to recover after a hip operation. Unfortunately, she was kept sedated in order to be managed better as she also had dementia. There were very little staff that spoke clear English and the hygiene was very poor. It took 5 months to get her moved. When a better place was found, she arrived without her glasses and diamond engagement ring. I contacted Pals and they were able to assist the family.

I also complained about a family member waiting 3 years for an urgent operation. Pals are currently investigating this complaint.

It's extremely frustrating trying to get intouch with doctors, hospitals and other health professionals these days. Pals are there to help assist you with any issues you may be experiencing within the health service. Please find their details below.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service offer an informal, impartial and confidential service for anyone who may need support or information.

There is a real need for support in the community. Many people are loosing their social care packages. Many people are still waiting for help and support and are desperate. If you can offer just a few hours per week as an extra income this would make such a positive difference to someone's life. All that is required is public liability, basic first aid and a current DBS.....and of course a caring nature. Worcs and Shrops areas need Angel's to help the community.
