NEW CLASS ADDED! From Thursday, 7th of October I will be teaching at 16:30 as well as current classes.
To avoid confusion, Class schedule from the 7th will be:
Mondays at 16:30 and 17:50
Thursdays ay 16:30 and 17:50.
I will trial the new class for the month of October. If all goes well, I'll keep it on.

Current classes are on Mondays at 4:30 and 5:50 and Thursdays at 5:50.

Zoom Classes. If you're missing your exercise class and the gym maybe it's time to try something new. First class free. American Style Pilates is a Pilates class with a twist. I teach a combination of Pilates, Piyo, Yoga and all over strength, conditioning and stretching. This class moves along at a pace that will keep you mentally and physically challenged and by the end of it you will know you've had a thorough workout!

I have been teaching in Bewdley for three and a half years and moved to Zoom in April of this year. If you are looking for a good workout and want to try something new then this class could be it.
