A huge thank you to The Turing School, Eastbourne for hosting Adam’s Light’s first su***de prevention talks to their year 9 classes. It was an absolute privilege to speak with such thoughtful, engaged, and inspiring young people and we look forward to coming back in the new year for other year groups.
Thanks to everyone who has donated. We’re incredibly proud to see Adam’s Light finally doing the work we set the charity up to do ❤️

Congratulations to my latest group of delegates on completing your Online Youth Mental First Aid Course !
This was a lovely group with lots of valuable input and participation from everyone. I hope you all feel that you have gained more knowledge and skills to be able to support and/or work with any young people you come into contact with, as well as being more mindful and attentive to your own selfcare !

Become a YOUTH Mental Health First Aider - I have a few places left on my next online Youth Course which is on 6th,7th,13th,20th April - 5.30pm - 8.30pm. This is a government accredited course.

This will give you :
- An in-depth understanding of young peoples mental health
- Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs
- Confidence to reassure and support a young person in distress
- Knowledge to help a young person recover their health by guiding them to further support
- Ability to support a young person with a long term mental health issue
- Tools to look after your own mental wellbeing.
