The face behind the business.
Hi im Laura 👋 I thought id reintroduce myself as I've been seeing lots of new faces and its been awhile!
I used to be a practice manager and qualified dispensing optician until covid 19 lockdown. During this time, I was made redundant and decided to reevaluate my life.
This included retraining as a massage therapist at Brighton school of massage. My love and passion for the industry and human anatomy has been growing ever since, and im constantly doing more training and courses. There's always more to learn!
I am currently in the middle of training to become a yoga instructor to compliment and run alongside massage.
I live in Bexhill, and when im not working you'll usually find me with my dog on the seafront. Give me a wave or smile if you see me.

Tension and tightness can easily build in the forearms, biceps and triceps, causing achy tired muscles.
