The course allows you the opportunity to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core in a safe and friendly environment. £6.50 per session, or £22 for 4 sessions

I am hosting two yoga classes in June 2025, with all donations going to the The Sara Lee Trust.
After an unexpected cancer diagnosis two years ago, I was deeply moved by the incredible support provided by The Sara Lee Trust during such an overwhelming and challenging time.
