Spend a weekend studying the nervous system. Great teacher Bill Foley and lovely people attending . Biodynamics, traditional osteopathy is amazing .

Vegetables are growing 😍. My box hedge got eaten up earlier this year and by chance, lots of tomatoes plants self-seeded. Used the old hedge border for my courgettes and tomatoes. Loving the good life.
