We had a call from a customer that purchased a scooter from us about a year ago, they said it was beeping and wouldn’t move. We tried to help over the phone but they were getting very confused so we agreed to go and look at it. Mark went out, first thing he noticed was the charger was plugged in, once unplugged it works fine. We did this free of charge, a big national company would have charged £80 to do that as would some others. We are getting more and more calls from internet only sellers asking us to sort their problems out as they are too far away. We will help if we can as we find once we go to a customer they stick with us, not the internet one. There are some good internet based sellers but buying locally means you get local support.
