I’m a Reiki Master who has practiced Original Usui Reiki for 10 years.

Usui Reiki was (re)discovered by a Tendai Buddhist Monk called Dr Usui who lived in Japan (1865 – 1925). ‘Rei’ is Japanese for ‘Universal’ and ‘Ki’ is Japanese for ‘Energy’. So ‘Reiki’ is basically the universal energy that flows through every living thing that is fundamental to life. This energy is in and around us all but when you actively work with the energy you cultivate a stronger flow. Rei

ki in a sense cultivates more understanding, clarity, peace, health, intuition and sensitivity, allowing you to de-stress. This can be an extremely relaxing, eye opening experience. What to expect:
You will be asked to sit or lie down in a relaxed position. I will then attune to your energy and move my hands around you to unblock energy channels thus opening up energy to the universe and dealing with any dis-ease or stress.

Hello everyone. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything and I just wanted to share this photo I took last night of the Snow Moon. It was taken at 6.45pm from Dorset Road, Bexhill. Luckily I had left work early and caught it and 1 minute later the clouds had covered the moon, so I was pretty lucky to catch this. I did not realise how good this photo was until I got home. I have taken 1000’s of crap photos of the moon before and the moon doesn’t look great in this photo, but I love how the light reflects of the tree and just the clouds and light around the moon. I’m pretty chuffed lol. I hope it brings you some joy too.

I’ve not made any changes or edits to it. This is how my iPhone captured the photo. Well chuffed!

This! This is so true but sadly most people are too exhausted to realise that they are exhausted.
