This award represents resilience, dedication, and the ability to build something meaningful single-handedly, while maintaining exceptional standards of care and service.
Further recognition came with placing Top 25 in the UK Small Business Awards for Best Mobile Business, acknowledging the honest and authentic side of Tranquility. Mobile treatments and home visits have remained a vital and valued part of the business, allowing care to be delivered directly to clients in their own homes — particularly those who are unable to visit the salon. This aspect of the business continues to make a genuine difference, reinforcing Tranquility’s ethos of accessibility, compassion, and personalised wellbeing.

Tranquility has worked alongside other organisations to deliver wellness days for staff, supporting wellbeing in the workplace and helping teams feel valued, relaxed, and cared for. Alongside this, Tranquility expanded its team, welcoming three incredible therapists — Emma, Abby, and Beth — to support paper parts of the business. Rock Rose face and body packages have been one of Tranquility’s biggest sellers this year, with clients consistently praising both the results and the experience.
