Today, our engineers attended a stairlift installation for Chichester Council under a Disabled Facilities Grant. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the brand new lift presented an unexpected issue with the main PCB.

But challenges don’t stop us.

Our team quickly returned to the warehouse, sourced a replacement lift, and went back out to complete the job. In fact, our Managing Director personally stepped in to ensure the installation was completed — not getting home until 10:30pm.

The result? A fully installed lift and, most importantly, a happy customer who now has the accessibility they urgently needed.

Record-Breaking Install for Rother District Council!

This installation was extra special for two reasons:

We’re excited to share one of our latest installations in Eastbourne — a stunning, custom-made Oto curved stairlift fitted through a Disabled Facilities Grant.

This rail design is a real showpiece and a safety upgrade. The lift parks neatly down in the hallway, travels straight up the staircase, wraps smoothly around the internal side, curves around the top banister, and finishes safely onto the landing — well away from the stair edge. That means comfortable, confident transfers on and off the lift at both ends 🙌

Every curve is built specifically for the home, making the ride smooth, secure, and beautifully integrated into the space. It’s a perfect example of how the right solution can transform daily life while still looking great.
