Sugar they say its more addictive than crack co***ne !
But sugar is so readily available and is everywhere!
With busy life / work / kids schedule throw in a bit of menopause I know i got myself into the sugar high/ low/ crash / fix / addictive cycle .
Result = bloated , sluggish , heavy, water retention , cellulite, inflammation
I have been trying to get my head in the right space since January now nearly May 😳😮😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Now I think I have found the solution. Lymphatic drainage detox massage.

-The deeper (energetic / spiritual) meaning behind relationships (or lack of) is always to heal our core wounds so that we feel more whole and complete within ourselves. The more whole we are within the more we will attract the same in another.
-We will energetically attract partner’s that trigger the unhealed parts of us. Showing us / revealing what is there that still needs healing .
This will be our childhood wounds and trauma. So ultimately the more healed we are, the less we will attract someone who triggers us or accept or tolerate this.
-When YOU shift how you act or respond - your partner will also shift as it is an energetic exchange but its important that both partners need to be willing to heal, support and grow together otherwise you will grow. So staying in the wrong relationship keeps you stuck.

We have all heard that saying
What that actually means is …
that even if we fully know that it’s time to move on or not let something keep troubling us
... Our body often has a very hard time letting go.

l woke this morning at 333
The same happened to me yesterday morning too.
Except this morning I received a clear message .
LOVE WILL ALWAYS WIN -
CHOOSE LOVE OVER FEAR ALWAYS !
I have had a very stressful situation that has come up in my life .
One that could cause me to lose everything.
But throughout I have stayed in the vibration of love and kindness
Not going into FEAR and resorting to harsh words, disrespect even if it had been thrown at me.
I WILL NOT LOWER MYSELF !
This post is a reminder to always come from a place of love
YOU NEVER LOSE - YOU WIN OR YOU LEARN !!
Surrender Control & Trust .
Hold the vision of what you want and align your energy to that vibration.
Seeing number sequences often such as 111, 222 etc Double numbers such as 15.15 , 17.17 etc ARE SIGNS YOU ARE BEING GUIDED

I then help you to make the connection of the deeper reason of what is happening and why.
🦋 At the soul level is where deep growth and transformation happens.
This is for your souls ascension ,mission and purpose.
❤️ My focus is on love & relationships patterns - as all relationship issues are a reflection of unresolved issues within ourselves .
Here are some examples :
- a reflection of how we love and feel about ourselves
- how we were programmed to feel about ourselves through the love we received through our upbringing/ childhood.
- our perception of what this meant and the subconscious programming of our beliefs blueprint
- Seeking out what feels familiar (subconscious programming) rather than what we actually (consciously )want or need .
- hereditary programming and patterning that has been played out and passed down through our ancestral lineage
- unhealed pain and hurt from past relationships

Born in Hastings, I first qualified as a Beauty Therapist at Hastings College in 1992 after completing a two year course straight from school. My career took me far and wide and included working aboard cruise ships and as a personal masseur for a multi-millionaire aboard his private yacht. My strength being in massage - I went on to learn many different techniques that I would teach in destination hotels across Europe, I worked in various Senior therapist and Management positions in Central London, Kent and East Sussex and also as a Beauty Lecturer and Assessor in local colleges.
My fascination in the mind, body, spirit connection grew and I went on to learn more Holistic therapies such as Indian Head Massage, Chinese Acupressure Facials , Reflexology, NLP , Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and Reiki to a Master Level.
I was first attuned to Reiki in 2001 and found that it sparked my own spiritual cleansing and healing and heightened my sensitivity to peoples energy. I found I could feel in my own body where people were aching and hurting as I would perform a massage and work within their energy system. My mood could significantly change after I had given a massage as I would take on all of their worry and negative emotions and they would leave feeling fantastic!
This made me 'close off' as many times had left me feeling drained and dreadful. So I decided it was best to ‘stick to what I know’ and concentrated on my beauty therapy and teaching work whilst I raised my family.
But the feeling that I could and should be doing 'more' never left me as neither did my curiosity in the mind, body and spirit connection. Which has always been my secret passion which I continually expand my knowledge and understanding through books and research. Treatments, training , workshops and courses,
My Style of Working ...
My style of working now is to incorporate and embrace all of my skills, knowledge and experience from over the years and bring a totally unique treatment that is personalised to the individual. My hands will just find any area of tension, nodule or knot that you might not of even been aware of yourself. I can also work on the subtle energies during a treatment so you will feel better, energetically and emotionally as well as physically.
Recently I have also been studying and researching how our thoughts create our feelings and our experience and how it also affects our overall health as our outer world is simply a reflection of our inner world.
To bring a totally holistic treatment ...mind, body, spirit.
