This is to help people more with chronic pain management and medications please sign!

Around 15.5 million people suffer from Chronic Pain (Verus Arthrtis, 2021). A number of commonly used and vital treatments for pain relief and management are no longer recommended, and we believe the new guidelines do not meet the needs of people suffering from chronic pain.

My story

I am a yoga teacher that specialises in chronic pain, fatigue and conditions.I was a care assistant for over 12 years and I had to give up work to look after my disabled and special needs daughter. I had three surgeries in a very short time of my life two surgeries a week apart and that left me with MS. I control this through alternative ways like restorative yoga and reiki . Yoga for me has healed many aspects of my life not only body and mind. But Im also not silly and I understand that our bodies all work in different ways! I understand what its like to be in pain, to feel scared of going to places and feeling depressed. yoga changed all that for me.I want to show others how easy restorative yoga is and how affective it is.

I have taught yoga to a women paralysed to the neck down and a man that is sight impaired. they noticed improvements with sleep and digestive issues. If you are a yoga teacher you will all ready know this anyway haha.

I live to help others and to try and help people feel better. I like to care for my clients and to support them. No its not a normal yoga class. Im not a normal yoga teacher.I teach through compassion, gentleness and care. When you start to feel that in class , you will feel your body and mind changing and restoring.

My Ladies are also like me! We are all very kind, caring and supportive and we like to have a laugh! This yoga is very pampering and healing.
