Our Gem of the Month for March is the lovely Riane 💎

Riane comes to work each day with a calm, steady presence that makes every shift that little bit better. No task is ever too big or too much to ask, and she truly places our residents at the heart of everything she does.

With a fantastic work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, Riane is a real asset to our team.

A year ago today, our beautiful home began to come to life, filled with incredible people who made it truly special. Little by little, its heart started beating stronger with the joy, laughter, and warmth our residents bring every single day.

It’s been a real rollercoaster—full of learning, growth, and finding our path—and we’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey with us.

We’ve started planting our sunflower seedlings

Even if the weather is a little grey outside, it’s always sunny in our beautiful garden room

This year we’re planning lots more time in the garden—there’s truly nothing more therapeutic than getting your hands in the soil and watching things grow.

Spring has arrived!

Our residents enjoyed a lovely visit from Pet Pals today, bringing smiles, laughter, and plenty of cuddles. From meeting tiny chicks to feeding gentle lambs, it was a truly heartwarming experience for everyone.
