Acceptance seems to be key.
Accepting your situation, accepting others, accepting yourself... doesn't mean we decide to do nothing about it but we don't judge it or ourselves.

Gabor mate speaks about acceptance as one of the primary tools in healing that he found amongst his clients.

If we're not accepting then we're resisting and that takes a lot of our energy away. Accepting starts us on the healing journey.

Another thing; Eckhart Tolle strongly promotes being in a state of acceptance and of being present.

When we are present in the moment, we are naturally in a state of acceptance because we're not fighting or holding onto the past and we're not worrying about the future. We just Are.

The more we can be present, the more we can let go of trying to control. This is where the magic happens and you can let yourself receive.

✨ Even a few minutes a day of trying to calm your mind can be beneficial.

I'm now qualified in Pregnancy Massage.

The benefits of pregnancy massage:
