🩺✨ Team Training Day! ✨🩺

Today was our First Aid Refresher Day — something we do every 3 years to make sure we're always ready to help in an emergency 💪

We covered a full range of adult and paediatric first aid procedures, including:
💓 CPR
💉 Treating anaphylactic shock
🍽️ Abdominal thrusts for choking
…and lots more potentially life-saving skills.

It was a fun, hands-on day — and a great reminder that knowing what to do in an emergency really can make all the difference.

👏 Big thanks to our amazing trainer and to the team for taking it all in stride (including practising CPR on some very lifelike mannequins 😅).
