I have been holding this space in my own heart & body for many years.

It is such a gift to now be able to welcome people here, into a physical space that wants you to know you are seen & loved.

You have to be willing to open into honesty if you want to heal.

I’m not saying it’s easy & you may need help,
Carl Jung spent his whole life studying the shadow (all the ways we avoid, distract, mask, lie to ourselves & the world - the egos mechanism to protect itself or survive)
But if you aren’t willing to question your beliefs or ideas you can’t evolve.

I was thinking all day about honesty & my Grandads video popped up, one of his last before he transitioned.
I kept thinking about how safe I felt with him - me & my mum talk about it all the time, he would never let you down but he walked with this solid purity…because of his sincerity.
He preached the word of God yes, but stood before him everyday asking to be seen in his humanity, his wrongs. That’s a hard thing to do. A lot of high horse preaching Christian’s could take note.

My Gramps didn’t take plant medicines or read Jungs red book but he was blessed & blessed everyone he met. A man so devoted to his wife, children & church he knew God in every breath he took & carried it in every word h spoke. Such a grateful man, so generous with his love. Bloody hell im sobbing writing this on a bench at the cemetery 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve been thinking about what to even talk about on here, how do you tantalisingly tell people 🤣🤣🤣that honesty is the first step to God & healing & freedom. I dunno but this is a start. lol ###

& then you realise that the depths is how you reach the treasure.

You aren’t scared to swim deep inside the ocean because the only way is in.
Deep within.

You don’t arrive anywhere you just keep swimming deeper & deeper.

Finding more treasure, wondering if you’ll ever come out alive & then you realise…

Your feet could touch the floor all this time & the sun was shining above the ocean waiting for you. All you had to do was look up.

Every week I meet with a dear friend for an hour or so, what we have called contemplating existence.

She is the most petite, gentle badass there is. She goes into the forest for 3 weeks at a time alone to meet true being, to know it more intimately, to see where the identity is doing its thing. Meing. I have been integrating so much during our time, she has also been learning.

The funny thing is we don’t say that much. But so much is felt. Tears shared. Deep openings. Language has been disentangling for me this year. This deep understanding of how everything we’ve ever said dissolves when we return to being, that who are, is what will be met by God.

But yet one word can create huge waves of feeling. An awakened moment.

So we will be in presence together & she says a word like eternal & I feel it, eternity, the immortality of our being, the flesh returns back to the earth but something of each of us lives on forever as God - for me the heart & what lives inside it.
& I start to realise that words are just shapes of the mouth & tongue, true meaning of them comes from deep within the person who knows the word in there body. Who has tasted, contemplated, sat with it.

She is a devotee of Sri Ramana Maharshi, my entry to his work was Ram Dass years ago, his film becoming nobody changed my life. So I am remembering through Ramana Maharshi now. This quote really hit me. Maybe it’ll strike something in you? ✨

Divinity lives in our DNA

The body is the boss  The body is the guru
The body is the healer
The body is the teacher
The body holds God

2023 - the year of remembering freedom
& the keys, the God that lives within the physical body.

I used to “think” ironically that the key to freedom lived in the mind. One more aha moment & I’ll have cracked it, figured it out, everything will make sense, I’ll feel different. This was the mind I was trying to escape where I felt trapped, held back, overwhelmed, confused, distracted, for a minute like a prisoner.

“All the problems are with my thoughts, the ibs, the skin was a result of not eating perfectly enough & taking my supplements” LOL I was gaslighting my body for so long, ignoring it with another detox or sound bath.

& then I started to let me body speak. I found kinesiology & everything started to change.

Now I know in my body this is where freedom & healing lives.
In each & every 1 of the 70 trillion cells that holds DNA, libraries of memory & wisdom.
Your voice, that knows.
& when your connected back with your body sometimes it doesn’t make sense when you just “know” the gps of the mind is saying left, your gut is saying right. The right hand turn you miss the collision or you meet the next love.

So what does it mean to know?
The hairs stand on end
The butterflies come
The gut wrenches
The chest clenches

Reconnecting with your body is like getting to know somebody again after 25yrs apart. A love language you have to get back in touch with. The body wants to speak. Every single second of the day.
Your not crazy. Your body is Beyoncé & your making it Michelle. IYKYK. ###

My mum lol would always say to me if only you could see what I see.
I never really got it.
I couldn’t see it, I was deep in complex ptsd - the eyes I was looking at life through were traumatised, foggy, disconnected & overwhelmed.

I couldn’t connect or believe that what I was seeing through may not be real, the truth.

Until the trauma healed & I started to see it in others.

The gifts that were buried in people, underneath the traumatised bodies bottled up with so much repressed emotion that they’d forgotten who they are & what is meant for them in this life;

Their power
Disconnected from the body
The heart
The right, fulfilling relationships
The gut
What lights them up in life
What is in alignment with their unique blueprint
What there blueprint is
How to love. - themselves

Seeing bodies blendinto the homogenisation, of a society that doesn’t honour or value any of the above

So when I started to see them clearly, the gifts, the beauty & the power in others because of my journey with healing the near death experience, the childhood stuff & learning how to look after what my mind body spirit needs

I realised
I was saying to myself
“if only they could see what I see”

It landed.

The learning
The firework
My purpose
Awakening you to your power
The healer within

I am not your healer
I am not your guru
I’m here
To guide you
to remember
The healer within
Just like I did.

“What is wrong with me” - crying & laughing at the same time.

I’ve done it, you’ve done it, trying to shift the pain as quickly as possible, trying to hide the shame that your crying in front of someone & you feel out of control because you can’t pin point why in that exact moment.

We need to know why.

“It must be my hormones”
“I’m so stressed with work maybe that’s it”

We want to have an answer, a reason, a someone to make sense of what’s pouring through us.

The mind tries to fix the feeling, keeping us in a loop of overthinking, overanalysing or managing the symptoms with any tool we can get our hands on. 📱 🍔 🍷 a quick, momentary fix.

But our bodies have been holding on for too long.

Keeping everything under control.

Inside there is a world which has been ignored & the more you “get on with it” the more your body screams - in the form of dis - ease, physical symptoms or “emotional outbursts”

The more you “keep it together” the heavier the energy becomes, weighing you down until you cant get out of bed & you feel like your carrying a rucksack of rocks around.

The book of life - the Akashic records are everything that has ever happened to us. In all of our lifetimes since our soul existed.

What your feeling is way beyond a mood swing, a bad day or even a breakup.

It’s part of your unique blueprint, your lessons, your gifts for the world. Beneath that pain, the confusion, overwhelm is feelings your looking for in him/her or the new job or the new house. A sense wholeness, clarity, peace.

Your conditions don’t create your life.
Your internal eyes do.
What is existing within you.

Healing changes your world.

We are all part of one organism, one beating heart.

I see magik everyday.

What pours through me & my world.
So how could I not believe in yours.

The juxtaposition

Wholeness is found in the broken pieces
The deepest love is unleashed from the darkest pain
The miracle is born from the hopelessness
The brightest light dances inside the shadow
The wisdom comes from the not knowing
Deep listening emerges from silence

Where you think it is
It isn’t

Healing is an invitation to be humble.
To forget everything you think you know.
Dissolve your judgements.
So you can see differently…witness truth.
Feel differently…welcome love.
Think differently…

Becoming conscious of what you are unconscious of in your internal world & the world around you is an initiation that will shake your world with so much liberation if you are ready for it.

As a 4/1 in human design I’m known as the juxtaposition.

All things at once.
The Devine feminine.

A notion I have been healing, judgments, internal & external that you must be “this” to be “that”. Invisible rules that have been keeping me in an invisible prison.

Welcome to the space of being it all.
With integrity.
From honesty.
Born from the heart.

“When will you notice me” the body whispers.

When you give it more pills, feed it more food, drink more, smoke more, work more, workout more. Because that’s how you manage it. That’s your way of coping with it.

The symptoms.
The pain.
The dis - ease.
Is a call to be seen.

What we haven’t allowed to be felt or acknowledged.

It begins with the trigger.
The emotion.

Opening up to it with curiosity over let’s make this go away.
Opening up to it with loving awareness over shame & frustration.

The body is talking.
It is always talking.
Guiding you.

But the wisdom of the body gets drowned out. Shouted over by the mind.
The conditioning from the collective, family, friends.
The limiting beliefs.
The past experiences.

It’s our responsibility for our own lives & the health, joy, authenticity, peace, belonging we deserve to experience - to hear our bodies.

What is written on my heart every time a beautiful soul walks in here seeking harmony,

If only you could see a glimpse of what I see

I feel this a lot when I have interactions with people who want to heal, who are starting to wake up to the power, radiance, love they hold within them

They’ve arrived at the breakthrough point
Ready to wipe the mirror clean

They are already illuminating & they have no idea

That the physical/emotions pain has disconnected them from their body’s wisdom
The illusions have clouded clear vision
The minds stories have polluted the spirit

Your see..
The programmes tell you your not enough
The conditioning tells you your not whole unless your married with kids
The doctor says your broken take a pill to fix it
The billboards say maybe she’s born with it maybe it’s xyz

& I see

Actually she is born with it
She’s simply forgotten

That everything she’s searching for outside of herself is actually buried within her DNA

Love. Healing. Abundance.

She’s more whole alone than in a misaligned relationship

She holds a whole world in her womb

But she’s forgotten
& it’s time to remember

Because the more we see ourselves in our god given purity & power (not wounded feminine manipulative power) but power of compassion, forgiveness, sovereignty, gifts

We are able to see others in theirs
& that’s how we shift the collective core wounds

Seeing the truth of yourself is the biggest blessing you could give
