Learn the technique to Nordic Walking - One-to-one training session(s) - £20.00 p/h. Or bring a friend - small group training sessions would cost:
2 @ £15.00 pp ph
3 @ @12.50 pp/ph
4 @ £10.00 pp/ph

Periodic Organised Country Walks
The walks will range from easy to more challenging ranging from about 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on the location, for example Lullingstone Country Park is a 3 hour circular walk with lunch at the local pub! Dates of upcoming walks will be posted with plenty of notice.

£5 per walk (includes the hire of your poles if required). If you have never tried Nordic Walking before, you will need to attend a training session to learn the basic technique before going on one of the longer walks.
