**There is a space available for massage next Sunday 8th March**

Maybe it is your neck, shoulders and upper back that are holding tension from hours of being sat at work or spending your whole Saturday ferrying your young people to all of their activities. Maybe it is time to focus on you and work out those remaining bits of tension so you can replenish, renew and revitalise.

Maybe you have made the best of the good weather and your renewed enthusiasm in the garden has left you with low back pain. A soft tissue massage can work into the back, hips and surrounding soft tissues to ease that stiffness making it easier to move again.

Maybe you are preparing for a sporting event and your muscles have been working hard. I can use some muscle energy techniques, assisted stretching and deep tissue massage to help you get back your full range and ease of movement.

Maybe you are pregnant and need a bit of assistance with not only relaxation but also with releasing tension or pain symptoms from growing a human being.

If any of these sound like you I have these last appointments available:
