“I walked into a Slimming World group on 4th April 2022 and it’s the best thing I ever did. I had been going through the menopause for about 3 years before I joined and decided that I needed to do something about my weight as I was so unhappy with myself. I have lost 4 stone and reached my target weight. It wasn’t always easy and at times didn’t think I could do it, but I have made life long changes to what I eat and how I feel about food. I love my Saturday mornings at our Slimming World group and Susannah is the best Consultant ever! Staying to group is one of the most important parts of the journey that helped me make these changes and helped me reach my target, having tried so many times and different methods before.

Our group runs every Saturday morning at 9am and 11am at Bexleyheath Scouts Hall on Mayplace Road West, DA74JR.
