Check out our Karen!!

She joined us before the summer this year, and lost 4.5 stone and reached her target the week before Christmas!!! She has dropped 4 dress sizes in this time too.

Karen says about her journey "I've gone from picking a lot to never being hungry, I cook more now and eat good portions at mealtimes. I've really enjoyed the journey and made so many new friends and found new favourite foods".

As her consultant, the change I've seen in Karen has been huge both physically, but also her confidence has grown so much in this time too!
