Come join our antenatal classes in January to learn all about how to advocate for yourself in pregnancy, what to expect in labour & birth, postnatal care for mums and how to look after a newborn! All of this in a non-judgmental space, while meeting a lovely group of people who will help support you through your challenging but most incredible new adventure 🥰

We’re missing one couple from the group picture because baby decided to come a little early but I had so much fun teaching in July! This group brought the fun, the laughter, the non-judgemental support for each other and so much more. Hoping to meet some more of their little ones soon 🥰

Although the focus of our sessions is education one of the best things you come away with is a new village - a group of friends experiencing the same uncertainties and excitement as you. Finding a whole new support system as you enter into parenthood is invaluable so we make sure to include lots of breaks and activities where you get to know each other ☺️
