The Postnatal Woman - our third session focuses on the 4th trimester: how to help women recover from birth, how to nurture your relationship while navigating new challenges and how to feed your baby. Knowing what to expect in the immediate postnatal period can make it so much easier to experience which is why we spend a whole session covering it!

Expecting to meet your little one in 2026? Come join our antenatal classes in January to learn all about how to advocate for yourself in pregnancy, what to expect in labour & birth, postnatal care for mums and how to look after a newborn! All of this in a non-judgmental space, while meeting a lovely group of people who will help support you through your challenging but most incredible new adventure 🥰

We’re missing one couple from the group picture because baby decided to come a little early but I had so much fun teaching in July! This group brought the fun, the laughter, the non-judgemental support for each other and so much more. Hoping to meet some more of their little ones soon 🥰

Although the focus of our sessions is education one of the best things you come away with is a new village - a group of friends experiencing the same uncertainties and excitement as you. Finding a whole new support system as you enter into parenthood is invaluable so we make sure to include lots of breaks and activities where you get to know each other ☺️
