What a great way to kickstart 2026! The first course of the year was a blast to teach, lots of wonderful couples now ready to make more informed decisions on their antenatal care, labours as well as feeding and looking after their babies. I can’t wait to meet them all 🥰

The Postnatal Woman - our third session focuses on the 4th trimester: how to help women recover from birth, how to nurture your relationship while navigating new challenges and how to feed your baby. Knowing what to expect in the immediate postnatal period can make it so much easier to experience which is why we spend a whole session covering it!
