So… if you're a Slimming World member sitting there now considering "having a break" from your group this month (whether it be my group or another Consultant's) I would urge you to just stop and think about what you are having a break from and why 🤔

I'm not perfect (Who knew eh?). My fellow Consultants are not perfect. And none of us expect our members to be perfect either💕

It's December...it's Christmas🎄....we like Quality Streets🍬 (and Roses and Heroes and....)...we like a Baileys now and again (and again! )...we like all the trimmings....and there is nothing wrong with that at all 😃

Which is why we simply don't DO guilt or humiliation in any way in our groups and nobody is going to judge anyone else whatever the scales show over the next few weeks 😃

But what we absolutely will do is empathise, support, reassure and generally motivate each other to do the best we can and help each other to make the best choices we can so that we can all enjoy Christmas and still face the New Year with a smile
