This course focuses on journeying inwards and leaning into a cyclical lifestyle.
You will learn how to become comfortable with stillness and silence as we spend more and more time in nature over the changing of the season, whilst walking the beautiful grounds of
You’ll learn of self reflection tools given throughout the course and develop an understanding of
movement as a method of stilling the mind and body.

Throughout the course you will develop a deep understanding of your body and mind, using yoga (the physical practice) and self-reflection as a tool to let go and lean into your own abilities and authenticity.
