We’re bringing our chiropractors and sports therapists to Heyford for a morning of free 15-minute assessments.

If you’re currently in pain, feeling stiff, struggling with range of motion, or simply want to get back to doing what you love — this is a great chance to get checked and ask questions.

You can book:
• A full spine check with one of our chiropractors
• A muscle, posture & range of motion assessment with our sports therapist
• Or both, if you’re not sure what you need.

Our FREE Lower Limb Neuropathy Workshop is taking place this Saturday (21st March) and we now only have 5 seats remaining.

This workshop is designed for anyone experiencing:

• Burning in the feet
• Tingling or pins & needles
• Numbness in the toes or legs
• Sharp nerve pain
• Balance problems when walking

During the workshop we’ll explain:

✔ What may be causing these symptoms
✔ Why they often start in the feet and gradually worsen
✔ Why many treatments only mask the symptoms
✔ What options may exist to help improve nerve health and circulation

Deep tissue massage on the quads can make a huge difference if you’re dealing with tight hips, knee discomfort, or heavy legs after training.
