From Bumps to Babies

I decided to start this business to give women and their families the chance to gain extra knowledge and experience before the birth of their baby. In my classes you will meet other couples who, like you, are ready to gain lot of new friends. I will teach you all about pregnancy, labour and birth. We will also discuss pain relief types, and think about some birth preferences for your individual journey. One session is devoted to breast feeding and how to prepare yourself and your body. There will be the chance to meet for a reunion once all the babies in that group are born. We will have a lot of laughter, games and discussions, and lots of tea and biscuits!
