Iām Elaine and have been enjoying yoga myself for about 40 years, teaching for more than 12 years. Yoga helps me stay centred and grounded, balanced and calm.... good for body, mind and soul.
Around my core of yoga, I have added other services for you to enjoy - mindfulness, meditation and sound therapy. I offer gentle yoga suitable for all ages. Iām also trained in Mindfulness and offer a six week āMindfulness for Every Day Living course. Plus Iām a fully qualified Sound Therapist and offer Gong Sound Baths.
My goal is help you relax, unwind and de-stress .. to help you feel good..... healthy body, calm mind, peaceful soul.
