Les Mills is coming to Bicester. Music boosts your mood, focus, and overall energy when you exercise so an eclectic mix of music and movement ensures there is something for everybody.

Every workout is designed by experts and tested to ensure safety and effectiveness. This mix of cardio, resistance and core training is great for building fitness and strength and can drive a serious calorie burn.
