Upper + Lower Blepharoplasty 👁️✨

This patient came to see Dr Ayad with concerns about heaviness in the upper eyelids and visible under-eye bags that she felt made her look tired.

Dr Ayad performed a full upper and lower blepharoplasty under local anaesthetic – lifting the upper lids, removing fat from the lower eye area, adding internal support and tightening the skin for a brighter, more refreshed look overall ⭐️

The results: A lifted mid-face, more awake and rejuvenated eyes – and invisible scars.

Next step? Possibly some laser resurfacing with CO2 to tighten remaining skin and filler or fat transfer to support the mid-face for long-term results ✅

The reality of Blepharoplasty🤔👁️

Surgical Bleph is aimed at the eyelids - to take away loose skin, restore the shape of the eyelids, tighten up the muscle and soft tissues and reduce any fat herniation.

She presented with asymmetry of the brows and orbits, skin laxity and hooding. Notice the difference in shape between her left and right eyelids - one is hooded and the other is hollow.
