Last weekend inside the Thai Yoga Massage Foundation 💆🏽♀️
We went deeper into side position… and honestly, it’s one of the most underrated and powerful positions in Thai massage.
So much happens here.
Glutes and outer thigh work that genuinely supports lower back pain.
Beautiful access into the shoulders.
Those lovely kidney stretches everyone melts into.
And for pregnancy?
You can work almost the whole body comfortably in side position.
But what I love most isn’t the shapes.
It’s watching students move from “where do my hands go?”
to finding rhythm.
Flow.
Confidence.
This course isn’t about memorising sequences.
It’s about feeling into the body.
Using your body weight instead of brute strength.
Learning how to decompress shoulders that live at desks or carry the weight of the world.
