Akashic Records & Family Constellations with
I recently experienced a powerful session that combined Akashic Records and Family Constellations work with a very special healer Carmen who I met in with
I asked Carmen why I had been attracted and then stayed in relationships that hurt me deeply. Carmen felt into this and shared that it related back to the unprocessed grief and trauma from my grandfatherās life and death.
It was so deep! We went all in. Carmen said I was very open to this work, which I am, I have a deep respect for family constellations.
Like all healing and shadow work this is not about blame. Itās about holding, embracing, understanding with compassion and integration. Itās about seeing clearly what lives in the family field and choosing, with love, to put certain burdens down.
I was tiring and then immediately much lighter and I also feel connected to my grandfather who died before I was born, I want to know him and for him to feel loved. Thereās still more to explore, but something essential shifted.
