Hi All. Just wanted to let you all know that we are now OPEN!
Of course there have been some changes, but we are pleased to be able to offer Osteopathic treatments again.

If you would like an appointment please give us a call on 01869 250999

We are doing all we can to minimise the potential transmission of the virus, and some of these measures include; COVID screening every patient, wearing PPE and deep cleaning between every treatment.
There are many other procedures in place that will be explained when you call.

We hope all our patients will feel safe, and know you can return once you feel ready

Sylvester

A registered osteopath, having graduated with a Masters degree from the University College of Osteopathy (Formerly the British School of Osteopathy). Sylvester has over ten years’ experience of working in the NHS. He combines the use of structural, cranial and visceral osteopathic techniques with modern manual approaches in treating a wide range of conditions.

Did you know that Osteopathy is one of the 14 recognised Allied Health Practitioners by the NHS? 👍

All Osteopaths are required to complete a 4 or 5 year degree, and a 1000 hours of osteopathic work experience before graduating. 📚

Alongside this, we also look at a persons lifestyle factors to optimise healing.

This may include looking at what types and amounts of exercise you are doing, and if you are getting adequate sleep and nutrition.
