Some people come for Reiki already knowing they love it.
Others book their first session with a slightly raised eyebrow and the words: “I’m curious but I’m not really sure what to expect.' and that’s absolutely fine. You don’t need to “believe” in anything.
Most people simply experience Reiki as deep relaxation, a chance for the body and nervous system to properly slow down for a while.
In a world where we’re constantly switched on, that pause can be surprisingly powerful. People often say they leave feeling:
• calmer
• mentally clearer
• less overwhelmed
