As of 31st March our Trigger Point Pilates class will be moving venue to the Newchapel Community Hub, Station Rd, ST7 -4QT. The new venue offers a much bigger space, better parking facilities & easier ground floor access. Same day & time Tuesdays 6.15pm-7.15pm, £6.50 per person paid weekly or monthly in advance to secure places. PLEASE NOTE:- I will no longer be accepting payments on the day due to no shows or last minute cancellations - this meaning others cannot secure a spot that actually want to attend.
If you are yet to give this fantastic class a try please do not hesitate to contact me - can’t champion this enough for body realignment, fascia repair, myofacial release,easing tension, overworked stressed muscles , improving flexibility & core strength ! I have people on a waitlist so if your plans have changed & you can no longer make it or if payment hasn’t been received by this date places will be offered to those currently waiting to get on ! As many of you are now aware my Brand New Trigger Point Pilates Class including Myofascial release begins on Tuesday 13th Jan 26 @ 6.15pm it will be held weekly at the Kings Academy, Kidsgrove ST7 1DP and will limited spaces basis at £6.50 per class paid in advance. Diary now open to book your first class on 13th Jan. Contact me via direct message on here or via text for any further information or bookings & payment info! You will need your own Mat but all other equipment will be provided ☺️ A hugely beneficial class for those that want to improve posture, realign, gain core strength & to address general aches & pains. All ages & abilities welcome 🤗

1st January 2026 Price Increase :
Please note as of January 2026 prices for appointments will increase to
£50 Full Hour Sports Therapy
£35 Half hours single area Sports Therapy

Unfortunately as with everything else costs are constantly rising & as I had no increase to prices last year I have to be realistic. Please do your research and you will see that my charge is still hugely competitive compared to Other Therapists (many that are only offering holistic treatments & no specialism)
Also please be aware of cancellation policy - a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation during week if a cancellation is for Saturdays or Mondays a minimum of 48 hours will be required otherwise payment in full will be due, should you fail to make payment for cancellation or a no show for booked appointments I will no longer accept further bookings for you. This is only fair as I currently have a waitlist for new prospective clients that I am currently unable to take on.

As always I am forever grateful to all of my wonderful , loyal & regular clients many of whom have trusted me with there body wellbeing for many years ! So Thank you all for keeping me beyond busy again & allowing me to continue doing the work I love & remain so passionate about 🙌🏽 🩷

Also super excited that I will be introducing my new Trigger Point sessions coming in January 2026 ! Watch this space or ask for details at your next appointment- spaces will be limited !
