Sessions can be 30 or 45 mins once or twice a week! Bespoke sessions to help with anxiety, injury, pain & emotional distress, loneliness.

We practice meditation by receiving all the domains of experience with a mindful, open attention - the breath, sensations, feelings, thoughts, emotions and awareness itself.

Tonight we focussed on emotions and feelings - becoming a mindful witness. Sensing where feelings live in the body and how the sensations feel. Naming each one and being open to whatever arises with a kind, reception attentionšŸ™

Offering a gentle one to one practice with focus on movement of the joints, strengthening & stretching muscles and connective tissues.

Each session will include movement, breath-work, mindfulness and relaxation based on objectives set out in initial free consultation ✨Packages start at 30 mins per week via Zoom.

Feeling a little flat... a little blah! I’m on day 3 of a bad headache. Low energy, lack focus, enthusiasm, balance is off and even cracking a smile is an effort.

I dislike these feelings and once upon a time I would have resisted, ignored and without fail entered into a downward spiral of negative self talk, self pity and self hate.
•
Through yoga, I have learned over the years to embrace these feelings, not to push pass them but to allow them to pass through me, accept and honour them.
•
BE KIND TO YOUR BODY & TO YOU šŸ’™

When energy’s low, your mood’s a bit weird, and you’re feeling run down or overwhelmed, opt for a gentle, restorative yoga - just because there’s no fancy yoga shapes or super fast flow doesn’t mean there has been no yoga šŸ™

Restorative yoga encourages us to find a calm, steady breath, creates space to be present and journey deeper inwards to explore and be curious and to meet whatever arises with grace. It’s nurturing, soothing and 100% my go to practice for self care ... and helps me find my inner smile šŸ’™šŸŒˆ
