Wednesday morning always a hoot with these guys. Always laughing and being supportive, but not to say they don't put in the work.

As a team they ran 3km, squatted 7750kg, planked for 18 minutes and pulled 7500 kg .

All before lunch time 💪

Awesome time at the Bideford Light Switch On Sunday 🎄

It was lovely to see some other traders who we know and make some new friends.

My daughter would be sad she missed out but it was great to have some dinner from North Devon Hog Roast, Mulled wine and Cider from The Box Bar Devon (bets mulled cider I've had) highly recommend the both.

Looking forward to seeing you guys next year 😁
