Every day your body is dealing with a lot...

Stress. Low movement. Lack of hydration. Mental exhaustion. Low energy.

When it stagnates...you feel it!

At some point you can start to feel..stuck, puffy, heavy, sluggish and generally slower than usual.

What you might not realise is that your lymph moves all of that. But it needs support.

When you support your body in ways that helps stimulate lymph, flow feels different.

Here are a few simple things that can help:

✨️ Drink water (hydration)
✨️ Breathe deeper (breathing)

Nothing complicated. Just consistency.

I am really enjoying walking in my Altra Running shoes at the moment. Originally bought for running but I am using them more for walking now!

Many of you will have heard me talk about and given you helpful tips to look after your feet and whole body between your reflexology sessions with me.

Reflexology helps encourage your body into a beautiful state of deep relaxation and calm.

By stimulating reflex points which correspond to different organs and systems in our body, it helps to balance the body's energy and activate the parasympathetic nervous system ~ the "rest and digest" state ✨️🙏✨️

Allowing the body to relax and "let go" is so important because it counteracts the physiological and mental strain of daily stress and anxiety, breaking the "fight or flight" cycle, allowing for repair and restoration ✨️

Did you know a reflexology treatment can help support your lymphatic drainage?
