Please help me welcome two amazing practitioners who will be renting a room here at Atlantic Osteopaths. Mandeville Sport Therapy will be here every Thursday and Foot Care by Sarah Bentley will be joining us every Friday. Please contact them directly for any enquiries or to book.

Today I’m busy getting things ready for my first sport therapy appointments next week!!
Exciting!!
I still have some appointments on Thursday 18th so please get in touch if you’d like to book. I give a great sport massage and can also help with any niggles you have or rehabilitation of injuries. If you’re not sure this is the best treatment for you im happy for you to give me a call to discuss.

I have found two great venues to restart appointments! I’ll be working from Atlantic Osteopaths, right next to Atlantic Racquet Centre on Thursdays, and then Fridays at Torridge Chiropractic clinic on Bideford High Street.

I am so happy to have my certificate through for the Diploma in Women's Health Osteopathy. It was 2 years of hard work and dedication, but in such an inspiring subject that I am passionate about, so it was really fun. Sad that the course is over... but as many of you know, I don't stop for long. I am now undertaking Female Health Yoga Teacher Training with . So, more great things to come.
