Body massage ( relaxation to deep tissue) 1hr £45/90 mins £70

Indian Head Massage 30 mins £25

Reflexology 45mins £ 35

Holistic face massage 45mins £35

Reiki 30 £25/ 1hr £45

Treatments can be combined into one session to suit your individual needs.

My 5th year at The Healing Weekend Festival .

With over 20 years experience in Holistic Therapies/Massage 5 years as a Pilates instructor and newly qualified Intergrative Counsellor.

I follow my passion to help people connect mind and body, removing blockages whether physical or psychological to make peace with themselves feeling more balanced and grounded into body,mind and soul.
I will be offering 30/60 mins
Treatments.
Plus new this year. 30 min taster sessions of Body Psychotherapy.

I've just finished a great weekend learning body Psychotherapy. Something I will be bringing in to my new Intergrative counselling practice as of sept 2025.

I will still be offering Holistic Therapies for those who have asked.

Body Psychotherapy is an enquiry into your body. It focuses on the connection between mind and body. It addresses the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of wellbeing through experiential exploration. I can combine it with touch/massage movement therapy and mindfulness

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year.

Release and manifest ritual.
Write or draw 3 things down on paper that you want to leg go off..this could be worries, people, limiting believes.
Burn this in a fire, candle or screw it up and throw away.
Then write/draw 3 things that you want to create,bring into 2025.
Make this as simple or extravagant as you like. Try and imagine the feeling you will have when you recieve these things.
Then burn or screw up the paper or you could fold it and keep it safe until 2025 New years eve.

May all your dreams come true..

2025 will bring change to my practice By August 2025 I will be offering face to face and online Intergrative Counselling.
