Yogi Tea's Happy Belly is a mild, caffeine-free herbal tea with earthy and sweet notes from ingredients like barley grass, dandelion, and anise. The flavour is generally considered gentle and soothing, making it a popular choice for calming digestive discomfort after a meal.

The flavour is a blend of several herbal and earthy ingredients, balanced with a subtle sweetness from anise and licorice. The tea is characterised by warm, earthy notes from turmeric, with a fresh lift from lemongrass.

Happy Belly is a vegan, organic, Ayurvedic blend made with the following ingredients:
Barley grass (37%): Has a mild, grassy flavor.
Anise (23%): Provides a distinctive, licorice-like sweetness.
Turmeric root: Adds a warm, earthy quality.
Echinacea: A herbal ingredient often used for wellness.
Lemongrass: Lends a fresh, citrusy note.
Nettle: A classic herbal element.
Dandelion: Contributes to the earthy base.
Sage: Another common herbal component.

It is commonly used to help with bloating, upset stomach, and general digestive discomfort. Soothing and calming for the stomach and as a caffeine-free infusion, it can be enjoyed any time of day, including before bed.

Preparation: The recommended preparation is to steep a teabag in 250 ml of freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes.

Yogi Tea offers a similar product called Yogi Tea Stomach Ease. While both are intended for digestive support, their flavour profiles and ingredients differ.
Happy Belly - A mild and gentle blend for overall digestive wellness.
Stomach Ease - A spicier, more intense blend meant to ease stomach discomfort and nausea.

Is it rice? Is it pasta? Neither, actually: it’s our super-tasty, protein-packed red lentil and chickpea orzos. Perfect for meal prepping and energy-pepping, it’s made entirely from organic red lentils or organic chickpeas, and nothing else. That’s zero artificial additives. Just clean eating, and easy living.

Whether you want a healthy, simple way to get protein into a vegan diet – or to supercharge your meal preps with some plant-based oomph – these orzos are your ultimate cupboard staple. As a delicious alternative to pasta - it’s a gluten-free source of fibre for healthier, happier digestion. Plus it’s grain-free, too, so it’s a spot-on substitute for rice.

It even cooks like pasta and rice. Try it cooked in a pre-prepped salad – just add tomatoes, olives, vegan cheese, and pesto. Or fry it in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes, and shallots, add coconut milk and basil, and let it simmer for a quick, delicious risotto.

Mango Chai and Tangy Blood Orange from Yogi Teas are an organic, caffeine-free Ayurvedic infusion.

Mango Chai's exotic, fruity-spicy blends flavours like mango and orange with warming chai spices such as cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. The main ingredients are cinnamon, liquorice, ginger, turmeric, orange, anise, cocoa shells, mango, and orange peel.

Tangy Blood Orange blends hibiscus, orange, and other spices and roots like liquorice and lemongrass. It has a fruity aroma, with the blood orange and hibiscus, and has a tangy and zesty taste, balanced with the sweetness of the other ingredients. The presence of hibiscus and beetroot creates a rich, red colour.

To prepare, either of these delicious teas, steep a teabag in freshly boiled water (250ml) for about 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour.

Chaga - Vitality
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a type of fungus that grows primarily on birch trees in cold climates (like Siberia, Northern Europe, Canada, and Alaska) It’s been used for centuries in traditional medicine — especially in Russia, China, and Scandinavia — for its potential health benefits.

🧬 Powerful Antioxidant Effects
Chaga is rich in antioxidants, particularly melanin, polyphenols, and superoxide dismutase (SOD).
These compounds help neutralize free radicals, which can reduce oxidative stress and potentially slow cellular ageing.
Some lab studies suggest that chaga has one of the highest ORAC (antioxidant) values among natural substances.

Turkey Tail - Immunity
Turkey Tail is one of the most well-researched medicinal mushrooms — especially for its immune-enhancing and gut-supportive effects. It’s named for its colourful, fan-like layers that resemble a turkey’s tail.

🧬 Immune System Support
Turkey tail is rich in polysaccharopeptides (PSP and PSK) — powerful compounds known to modulate and strengthen immune function.
These molecules stimulate immune cells like T-cells, macrophages, and natural killer (NK) cells, helping your body respond more effectively to infections.
This immune-modulating effect means turkey tail can balance immune activity — boosting it when needed, but also helping prevent overreaction.

Cordyceps - energy and stamina
Cordyceps is a medicinal fungus long used in traditional Chinese medicine for energy, stamina, and vitality. Modern research backs many of these traditional claims, showing effects on energy metabolism, endurance, immune function, and sexual health.

⚡ Boosts Energy and Endurance
Cordyceps increases the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) — the molecule your cells use for energy.
This can enhance oxygen utilization and improve physical performance, especially during exercise.
Studies show improved VO₂ max (oxygen capacity) and reduced fatigue in athletes and older adults.
That’s why it’s often used as a natural pre-workout or energy booster.

What happens when you cross Mozzarella with Halloumi? Mozzalloumi!!

They say that you can't get good vegan cheese. They haven't tried Kinda. They haven't tried Mozzalloumi!!

It's crispy with a gooey, melty middle and offers the best of both cheeses.

Enjoy your Mozzalloumi: In a flatbread with pesto, with a cooked breakfast, fried in cubes and dunked in chilli sauce.

Cooking instructions: Preheat a pan over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Cut into 1cm slices (try thinner if you like it more crispy or thicker if you like it more gooey). Cook for approx. 5 minutes, then very carefully turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

29/09/2025

silicol®gel is a liquid gel specially formulated for the treatment of the IBS symptoms diarrhoea, abdominal pain, bloating, and flatulence. And also treats reflux, nausea, and heartburn. Taken 3 times a day, it helps manage symptoms and provides relief.

Gastrointestinal disorders, including IBS and acid reflux, are often triggered by irritants, toxins, and harmful pathogens that affect the digestive system. When these toxic substances disturb the stomach or intestines, they can disrupt normal digestive function, leading to discomfort and a wide range of symptoms.

How it works
🌱Silicolgel forms a protective and soothing layer over the lining of the stomach and intestines.
🌱It acts “like a magnet” attracting irritants, toxins, and pathogens and binds them to the gel.
🌱During this process, the silicolgel particles also adsorb excess acidity and gases.
🌱When the stomach empties naturally, the bound molecules are passed through the body.

Ginkgo Biloba tablets each containing the equivalent to 6000mg of dried leaf

The Ginkgo tree, also known as the maidenhair tree, first began to grow on the Earth some 190 million years ago, since then it has adapted to environmental change better than any other tree of that era.

In Chinese culture, Ginkgo has been revered for over 5,000 years, and history makes many references to its use in traditional medicine.

Our vegan friendly Ginkgo Biloba tablets are produced by Nature’s Aid in-house experts from the finest standardised material, ensuring a consistent, high potency product from one tablet to the next. Each tablet contains 120mg of Ginkgo extract, the equivalent to 6000mg dried Ginkgo leaf.

Possible Benefits

🧠 Cognitive support – may help with memory, focus, and overall brain function. It’s sometimes studied for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, though results are mixed.

💨 Circulation – improves blood flow, especially to the brain and extremities. Sometimes, it is used for conditions like peripheral artery disease.

👂 Tinnitus & vertigo – some people take it to help with ringing in the ears or dizziness, though evidence is limited.

🌿 Antioxidant effects – contains flavonoids and terpenoids, which may protect cells from oxidative damage.

🧘 Mood support – a few studies suggest it might help reduce anxiety symptoms.

Safety & Precautions

Can increase the risk of bleeding (especially if taken with blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin).

May cause mild side effects: nausea, headaches, dizziness, or stomach upset.

Should generally be avoided before surgery.

It is not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice.

👉 The evidence isn’t rock-solid for all these uses, but it’s one of the most researched herbs.
