What a fantastic summer we had! I loved Sundays at Free Yoga, practicing with the regular people, the old faces and new people, some of whom I got to know well by September.

Keep up your practice! I run regular weekly classes in Bideford, Appledore and Barnstaple, and I also offer weekend workshops, mini retreat, and online classes.
