What a fantastic summer we had! I loved Sundays at Free Yoga, practicing with the regular people, the old faces and new people, some of whom I got to know well by September.

Keep up your practice! I run regular weekly classes in Bideford, Appledore and Barnstaple, and I also offer weekend workshops, mini retreat, and online classes.

That was lucky! We didn’t have a single drop of rain this morning!

Always great to be doing yoga together on a Sunday morning in Bideford. Despite being damp under foot the sun did some shining down on us and rain held off until we had finished.
I hope people enjoyed the Chinese pears!
Atsuko is next week and then me for the last one. Do come along if you’ve not been before, it is for everyone!

Once again a real joy to be doing yoga with more than 50 people on a Sunday morning in Bideford. I feel taking the time to work on ourselves to become more relaxed has a positive effect on those around us. We are helping more than just ourselves. Nicola X
