Hello February 👋

Wow, what a busy January it has been here in the studio! Weekly classes have been super busy with our Soulshine regulars and lots of new faces too 😊

We also welcomed 20 new beautiful souls through our two beginners blocks 🤩 The final classes take place this Tuesday and then a new block starts on the 10th for those who wish to continue on their journey.

Slow Flow to Yin and Stretch & Strengthen have been fully booking out so please remember to book your spaces in advance to ensure you don’t miss out!!

Feel Good Friday is now starting to end in the daylight ☀️ and very soon, we will start in daylight too - the light is finally starting to return 💛

Last Sunday, we had our first pop-up Stretchy Sunday - keep an eye out for the next date 👀

We have 2 events on this month too, the final Rest & Reset of the season takes place next Sunday and then we have our first retreat day of the year on the 22nd 🤩
