The season of nail operations has commenced. I had a lovely patient in today who had been suffering with severe inflammation around the medial side of their nail bed. We decided it wasn’t going to improve without performing a PNA ( partial nail avulsion) we removed this large shard from the nail bed. I’m looking forward to see the improvement of comfort for this patient.
