                                            In our busy lives we often are left feeling guilt for allowing ourselves time to do nothing. 
But it turns out it’s a   thing!  Therefore giving us permission to take moments in our day to do just that.

So let go of your idea of time and productivity and practice this simple exercise from the Netherlands. 
So make time this weekend to maybe sit and stare out of the window while sipping your coffee Leave your phone in your pocket, and let your mind wander.
