🎄Christmas and New Year opening times 2025/2026.

Please note the Surgery will be closed on the following days.

Thursday 25th December- Christmas Day
Friday 26th December -Boxing Day
Thursday 1st January- New Year's Day.

The Surgery will be open as normal on all other days from 8:00am to 6:30pm.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Avoiding Duplicate Prescription Requests.

To help us process your medication safely and on time, please submit each prescription request once only and use a single method (e.g, SystmOnline,the NHS App, or paper request)

When multiple requests for the same medication are sent through different routes,it creates duplicate orders which leads to:

Delays in processing.

Confusion about what has already been requested.

Increased workload for the Dispensary team.

What you need to do,

Choose one method to order your medication.

Do not repeat the request unless your usual processing time has passed.

Please allow 72 working hours for your prescription to be prepared.

Thank-you for helping us keep prescription services running smoothly and safely.

NOTICE....Prescribing team (previously Dispensary) Temporary Closures.

Please be advised that our Prescribing Team will be closed on the following dates.

Friday, 28th November- closing early at 3.00pm

Tuesday, 2nd December - closed all day.
Please ensure you request any repeat medications in advance to avoid delays.

UPDATE on Monday 27/10/25......... It seems that there is still a problem with some of our patients accessing the triage forms on our website. We will inform our provider of this issue. Please call reception if you are unable to access the forms.
